Jul 29  End-Of-Term Ultimate Fun Times Begin!

It’s that moment you’ve all (hopefully) been waiting for. The last big CTRL-A weekend is coming up in just a few days, where we will see the term to a close in our traditional style. Read on for more details on this week’s events:

• Monday Meeting: Monday, July 29, 6PM, MC 4063. ConBravo may be discussed, and details for upcoming events should be finalized. This is the last meeting of the term!
• Karaoke Night: Friday, August 2, 4:30PM, AL 105. Our usual games night, for the final weekend, is replaced by karaoke! Prepare your anime or anime-related songs (Vocaloid, anime-themed games, etc. are acceptable) and belt them out for all to hear. It doesn’t matter whether you consider yourself a good singer or not, just bring your passion and leave your embarrassment at home! Song requests should be made in this forum thread.
• Hot Pot: Saturday, August 3, 4PM, Jon’s place. Might seem weird to have a hot pot in the summer, but I don’t think it will be a problem. This event will, naturally, involve some cooked food, so there is an $8 fee required to partake. It’s also not strictly a dinner event, as it will be paired with gaming well into the early morning hours, so you can skip the food cost and just come hang out.
