Hello again. Did you miss us?

It’s time to welcome CTRL-A back into your lives! We’re back for the Spring/Summer 2012 term, and you can expect some great things to happen!

More on that later. What this post is for is to draw your attention to our very first event of the term, the election meeting! On Wednesday, May 2 at 6PM, be sure to come to MC 4063 to decide the fate of the CTRL-A execs. If you’re interested in voting or running for an exec position yourself, then be sure not to miss it! The position of concession manager, long held by Andrew, is currently in need of volunteers! For descriptions of the available positions, check here. Remember, just because someone has held a position for a while (looking at you, Karl), doesn’t mean it’s not up for contention. If there’s something you think you’d be good at, and you want to help the club be better, then we encourage you to nominate yourself.

We’ll also be deciding on the anime we watch this term, so if you want a say in that, you have to come to the meeting!

Pending the results of the elections, this could be my final term as webmaster, so I’ll take this opportunity to say that it’s been a lot of fun thinking of new and exciting ways to regale you with the latest club news. All the fun start-of-term info will follow in the next, much longer news post.
