Feb 11  [CTRL-A] Events – Week 6 / Winter 2018

Hello CTRL-A Members,

If you’re like me you’re swamped with midterms and assignments, and the next week is going to be a long one as you hold out for reading week. Fortunately, we have a few events lined up to make it a little more bearable:

General Meeting – Monday, February 12th, 2018
MC 4042 @ 6:30PM
Administrative meeting to discuss planning of current and future events and shows. This week will be planning for karaoke and a possible St. Valentine’s Day mini-event.
Note that this GM is in MC4042, not MC 2038 as usual

CTRL-A SOS (Semi-Organized Social) – Wednesday, February 14th, 2018
MC 2038 @ 5:30PM
CTRL-A’s weekly general drop-in/out hangout night. Come in and talk about stuff, play board games and video games, draw or do whatever is on your mind.
A good opportunity to meet people.
Note that this SOS is in MC2038, not MC2035 as usual

MOT Karaoke – Friday, February 16th, 2018
MC 2066 @ 4:30PM
By popular demand, we’ve got a Middle of Term Karaoke event. Come on out and sing your favorite anime OPs, karaoke standards, and whatever else you’d like with your friends at CTRL-A. This event runs late into the evening, so feel free to show up later on.

As mentioned, next week is reading week, which will mean our normal event schedule will be disrupted. More details in next week’s email.
