Hello CTRL-A friends!

Hope you are all managing well with your midterms and assignments, here is the schedule for the upcoming week of October 23-29.

General Meeting – Monday, October 23th, 2017

Administrative meeting to discuss planning of current and future events and shows.
Important current topics include the Touhou tournament, cosplay contest and show 3.

CTRL-A SOS (Semi-Organized Social) – Wednesday, October 25th, 2017

5:30PM – 11:30PM
CTRL-A’s weekly general drop-in/out hangout night. Come in and talk about stuff, play board games and video games, draw or do whatever is on your mind.
A good opportunity to meet people.

Show 3.1 + Cosplay Contest – Friday, October 27, 2017

4:30PM – 11:30PM
First half of the third showing for the term. During the break we will be running our cosplay contest!

Show 3.2 – Saturday, October 28, 2017
PHY 145
1:30PM – 11:30PM
Second half of the third show of the term.

Sushi Lunch – Sunday, October 29, 2017
NOTE: In order to attend this event, you must fill out the form that was sent out in order to guarantee that we reserve enough seats for people.
SUPER NOTE: Also, 168 Sushi only accepts credit and cash as payment. That means that they DO NOT accept debit/bank cards as payment. There is an ATM in the restaurant if you need to pull out cash from a debit card, but it is easier to just bring cash or a credit card if you have one.
