Jan 22  Events: Week 4 / Winter 2017

Hello again everyone!

After a successful Ice-Breaker and first showing, we are continuing with a less busy (but exciting all the same) week. The events of the week are as follows:

• (EXECS ONLY!) Monday, January 23^rd, 2017, 5:30 PM @ MC 4064
  • The general meeting this week will be exclusive to execs and will not be open to members or public.

• Wednesday, January 25^th, 2017, 5:30 PM @ MC 4058
  • Weekly Semi-Organized Social (SoS): A social gathering in a casual environment where we talk about anything, play some games, or generally do whatever we want.

• Friday, January 27^th, 2017, 5:30 PM @ MC 2017
  • Cosplay workshop!
    • If you want to cosplay but do not know where to start, or want to learn more, this is the event for you!
    • There will be talks on how to make costumes/accessories, as well as where to buy them, and more.
    • If you wish to volunteer at the Cosplay Café in March and hang out with us in cool costumes or dress up to Anime North, this event will be highly helpful.
    • We will also make a bulk order from one of the online Chinese retailers, so come to the event if you wish to join in.

Also, we are continuing to accept volunteers for the Cosplay Café that will happen at March 3^rd. You are all welcome if you wish to join in as a server (costume required), food handler, or cashier.
