Mar 23  Term Finale

Hello, everyone. I’m writing to you from the great nation of Japan to tell you about the remaining events for the Winter 2014 term. They are, in very particular order:

• Monday Meeting: Monday, March 24, 6PM, MC 4058. The penultimate meeting of the term, where details of the end-of-term weekend are finalized.
• Project Night: Wednesday, March 26, 6PM, SLC 2134/5. Project night comes to a close for the term this Wednesday. One last chance to get together and revel in having no particular purpose.
• Karaoke Night: Friday, March 28, 4:30PM, AL 116. EOT weekend kicks off with karaoke night, where you can come and belt out your favourite anime and anime-related songs. Please use this thread to post what you plan to sing if you intend to come, to make things easier. You may be embarrassed at first, but give it a try; you might just surprise yourself.
• Hot Pot: Saturday, March 29, details TBD. Keep an eye on the forum thread for the latest announcements. If you want to get together with fellow club members, eat some delicious food, and party late into the night, come check out our termly hot pot night. To cover the cost of food, each attendee will need to pay $10 to eat. That will cover you for the whole night though. If you have any questions or dietary concerns, post in the forum thread or email the club secretary.
• Monday Meeting: Monday, March 31, 6PM, MC 4058. The final meeting, and final event for the term. We’ll cap off the term with an overall summary, and discuss plans going forward into the Summer 2014 term. Be sure to make it to see the term off.
