Feb 10  Further Happenings

I hope everyone had a good time at last weekend’s show. The next show will be in three week’s time, on February 28 and March 1. Until then, this is what you can keep busy with:

• Monday Meeting: Monday, February 10, 6PM, MC 4058. I’m not sure what will be on the agenda, but that’s part of the fun! Come see what exciting topics our president has for us this week. Probably group dinner afterwards, if you’re into that.
• Project Night: Wednesday, February 12, 6PM, SLC 2134/5. Same as it always has been, project night is here to fill your quota for social interaction.
• Games Night: Friday, February 14, 5:30PM, EV2-2002. A special Valentine’s Day edition of Games Night, in which nothing particularly special happens and it’s just a normal games night. Bring your games, or your willingness to play other people’s games, and game on.

The cosplay café has been cancelled due to lack of volunteer interest. Sorry!

Feds is holding a draw where the winning club gets a larger budget. To be entered into the draw, CTRL-A needs 15 new members in its Feds Connect group by February 14th. So if you’re a uWaterloo student, it would be greatly appreciated if you could join. This can be done by searching for “CTRL-A” under Clubs/Groups on the Feds Connect website.

If you are still interested in joining the group registration for Anime North, please note that the last day to provide payment to VP Alice is February 13. If you absolutely cannot by then, she is willing to wait as late as February 24, but you must email her to tell her you will be late. All of the details are here.

Next week is Reading Week, so the next event after Games Night on Feb. 14 will be the Monday Meeting on Feb. 24. Until then, have a great couple weeks!
