Feb 24  It’s Showtime

February 24 is the absolute last day to pay for AN registration. Get your money to Alice at the meeting today if you haven’t yet done so.

I hope everyone had a great Reading Week, and is ready to get back into some exciting CTRL-A events. Starting with:

• Monday Meeting: Monday, February 24, 6PM, MC 4063. Please note the room change. As stated, this is the last day to get your money in for the CTRL-A AN group. Show 3 planning will also take place, so if you want to help volunteer with setup, this is the place/time to offer.
• Project Night: Wednesday, February 26, 6PM, SLC 2134/5. Same as it ever was. The place to be to socialize with fellow anime fans.
• Show 3: Friday, February 28, 4:30PM to 10:45PM, MC 2066 and Saturday, March 1, 2:30PM to 9PM, PHY 145. Please note that the Friday and Saturday shows are in different rooms. In addition, due to Fate/kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya being only 10 episodes long, we’ll be watching an extra episode, extending the Friday show a little later than usual. Other than that, it’s business as usual for a CTRL-A show. We will be sampling Silver Spoon and Girls und Panzer. The full show schedule is available here.

In addition to the above, we are also planning an all-you-can-eat sushi outing! On Sunday, March 2 at 12pm at O’Yummy Sushi, come join us for some delicious food and fun times. $12.99 for AYCE lunch should fit even a frugal student’s budget, plus you can get a 10% discount if you present your student ID card and pay in cash.
