Show 4 is close, but not quite here yet. I know it might be tough to wait, but it’s not like that’s all we’ve got going on. Check out the fresh details below:

• Monday Meeting: Monday, November 11, 6PM, MC 4058. If you’re wondering how all the information reported in these news posts is decided on, wonder no longer. Our weekly meetings are the place to be for all decisions that publicly affect the club.
• Project Night: Wednesday, November 13, 6PM, SLC 2134. Unfortunately, the planned CTRL-A cosplay café has been cancelled due to lack of available space. Therefore, project night will revert to its original purpose, general socialization and light gaming. Come amuse yourself en masse.
• Games Night: Friday, November 15, 5:30PM, EV2 2002. Games night continues this week in EV2, as this is not a show weekend.

In other news, the Waterloo Festival for Animated Cinema is happening from November 14 to 17. It is a paid admission event, but it comes as highly recommended. There may be plans to attend certain films in groups in the next little while, so keep an eye on our forums and Facebook page for details on that.

Following Show 4 on November 22 & 23, we will be having karaoke night on November 29, followed by hotpot on November 30. For karaoke, please note what you wish to sing in the forum thread here. For hot pot, please RSVP in the forum thread or Facebook event so we can get an idea for numbers. It will cost $10 per person (just to cover food), payable in advance to Alcina or Alice at your earliest convenience. The address will be provided closer to the event.
