…or something like that.

Here we are, closing in on our second anime show, and still going strong. What else might we have in store for you on the horizon? Read on and find out!

• Monday Meeting: Monday, September 30, 6PM, MC 4058. Our weekly meetings will continue with this meeting, where the upcoming show 2 will be discussed, among other things. If you want to volunteer to help set up at the show, you can do so at this meeting.
• Project Night: Wednesday, October 2, 6PM, SLC 2134. Hang out with some friendly fellow anime fans, and shoot the shit. Not literally though. That’d be gross. Just talk and play games.
• Show 2: Friday, October 4, 4:30PM to 10PM and Saturday, October 5, 2:30PM to 9PM, AL 116. Let show 2 begin! Check out all the awesome anime we’ll be watching here. In addition, our concession stand will be in operation to satisfy your hunger and membership needs, and there will be fun activities during the dinner breaks to keep everyone thoroughly entertained. Watch a bunch of anime, and chat about it with folks after. What could be better?
• Games Night: Friday, October 4, 5:30PM to 11PM, AL 211. UW Gamers will be back and running games this Friday during show 2. If a particular anime doesn’t suit your interests, feel free to partake in some games of the board, card or video variety.

If you’re newer to the club, this weekend’s show will see the continuation of many of the shows we began watching at our first show, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy it. There are sampler slots on both days where we’ll show something new, and there’ll be a movie as well. If you want to watch some of our continuing series, but missed the first show, many of them are available for free online on Crunchyroll so you can catch up and watch with us.
