Feb 4  The Best of Days

EDIT: Bad news! Because of the terrible weather, UW is closed on Friday, February 8. That means no show. :(  There will however still be a Saturday show, with the schedule being adjusted to contain all of our regular continuing shows. If you need something else to do on Friday, I recommend checking out FASS at 7PM or 10:30PM in the Humanities Theatre.

The show days are indeed the best of days. Speaking of the show, there’s a show. It’s this weekend. Come watch!

Here are all of the events for this week:

• Monday Meeting: Monday, February 4, 6PM, RCH 306. Planning for show 2 will happen at this event. If you want to get involved and volunteer to help set up, that would be appreciated and a great way to get involved.
• Project Night: Wednesday, February 6, 6PM, SLC 3103. Come and work on your cosplay, or do your homework, or any other project you might have. Also games.
• Anime Show 2: Friday, February 8, 4:30PM to 10PM, AL 116 and Saturday, February 9, 2:30PM to 9PM, AL 113. Please note that the room is different on each day. The second of our four termly shows is this weekend. Commence excitement! The schedule will be available here as soon as it’s ready. We’ll also have a special promotion where if you buy your membership or pick up your membership card at show 2, you’ll be entered to win a Crunchyroll All-Access Guest Pass! As usual, we will also operate our concession stand and sell pizza during the dinner break on both days.

Also, Anime North. Many of our members will be going. If you’re going, maybe we can help you out. Group benefits, eh wot? Check out this forum thread for details. The deadline for entry has been extended, so if you’re interested in the reduced rate, add your name to the spreadsheet in the linked thread, and deliver your money to Activities Coordinator Sam at show 2.
