Nov 17  The Siren Song

It comes. The allure of the Wii U, stronger than ever.

But that is not what I’m here to tell you about. No, instead I will regale you with this week’s event rundown:

• Monday Meeting: Monday, November 19, 6PM, ML 349. There will likely be planning for show 4, if that’s your thing.
• Project Night: Wednesday, November 21, 6PM, SLC 2143. Bring your games and your unfinished projects for a night of fun with a side of potential productivity. I’ve even seen people bring their homework here. A fun social setting to get things done to.
• Show 4: Friday, November 23, 4:30PM to 10PM and Saturday, November 24, 2:30PM to 9PM, AL 116. Our final show of this term is upon us. It’s sad, I know. But save the tears until after it’s over, and come have a great time watching some great anime. The show schedule is available here for your perusal. As usual, we’ll have snacks and drinks for sale throughout the show, and pizza for sale around dinner time. We make sure you don’t need to leave.
• Weiss Schwarz Tournament: Saturday, November 24, 11AM to 3PM, AL 211. Everyone’s favourite anime-based trading card game gets its due this weekend with a tournament! Check out all the delicious details over here.
