Feb 22  A Shared Soup Pot Is a Microcosm of Life

Hey, everyone. Since I’m sure you’re all tired from studying and all the events that we’ve had, CTRL-A is taking a bit of a break for reading week. That is to say, there will be no meeting, project night, or games night this week. Sad, I know, but you do have something to look forward to.

Hot Pot – Saturday, February 26, 4:30PM, Jon’s Place. Although hot pot is usually much later in the term, it’s been pushed forward this term, so be sure you don’t miss it! Whether you want to eat some delicious food, play some fun games, or just hang out all night long, it promises to be a great time. You’ll need to pay $7 if you want to eat any food. Interested? If you want to pre-reg with us for Anime North, you’re running out of time. The deadline for submissions is February 28th, so if you’re interested in saving $15 off the door price, be sure to post in this thread before it’s too late.

Show 3 is coming up the weekend following Hot Pot. I’ll say more in next week’s update, but for now I just wanted to give a heads up, and remind you that the Chaos TCG tournament is happening on Saturday, March 5th at 11AM in AL 208. If you’ve been interested but haven’t yet signed up, head on over to this thread to let everyone know so they can plan accordingly.
